Biography
Arthur Kornberg (* March 3, 1918 in Brooklyn; † October 26, 2007 in Stanford) was an american biochemist. He was 89 years old. He was married to Sylvy Kornberg. His education included City College of New York, Grossman School of Medicine, University of Rochester, Abraham Lincoln High School and University of Rochester Medical Center. He received 10 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Pfizer Award in Enzyme Chemistry.
