Biography of Asher Halperin

Asher Halperin (* 29. April 1925 in Tel Aviv; † 3. October 2014) was an israeli economist. He was 89 years old. His education included Tel Aviv commercial high school, School of Law and Economics (Tel Aviv), University of California, Berkeley and Princeton University. He worked at Bank Hapoalim B.M., The Association of Banks in Israel, Bank Leumi Le- Israel B.m. and Tel Aviv University.
