Biography of Ashida Hitoshi

Ashida Hitoshi (* 15. November 1887 in Nakamutobe; † 20. June 1959 in Tokyo) was a japanischer Premierminister. He was 71 years old. He was married to Sumi Ashida. His education included Tokyo Imperial University, First Higher School and Kaibara High School. He worked at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and The Japan Times. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun with Paulownia Flowers, 1st class. He was buried at Sōji-ji Temple.
