Auguste Pittaud de Forges (* 5. April 1803 in Paris; † 28. September 1881 in Saint-Gratien) was a french writer, playwright and librettist. He was 78 years old. His awards include Officer of the Legion of Honour, Knight Commander of the Order of St. Gregory the Great and Commander of the Order of Isabella the Catholic.
