Augustin Kmošek (* 24. December 1889 in Čistá; † 12. August 1916 in Zagreb) was a czech miller and soldier of Czechoslovak Legion in Russia. He was 26 years old. His cause of death was execution by shooting. He was buried at Mirogoj Cemetery.
