Azuma Morisaki (* 19. November 1927 in Shimabara; † 16. July 2020 in Chigasaki) was a japanese film director and screenwriter. He was 92 years old. He studied at Kyoto University. He worked at Shochiku. He was awarded the Newcomer Award for Fine Art of the Ministry of Education.
