Barbara Andrejczyn (* 7. June 1933 in Niepołomice; † 24. December 2015 in Gdynia) was a polish politician and physician. She was 82 years old. She studied at Medical University of Gdańsk. Her awards include Medal of the 30th Anniversary of People's Poland, Silver Cross of Merit and Gold Cross of Merit. She was buried at Witomino Cemetery in Gdynia.
