Biography
Bhumibol Adulyadej (* December 5, 1927 in Mount Auburn Hospital; † October 13, 2016 in Siriraj Hospital) was a former King of Thailand. He was 88 years old. He was married to Sirikit. He had 4 children. His education included University of Lausanne, Mater Dei School and Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande. His faith was Theravāda. He received 5 awards, including Gold Olympic Order, Order of the Crown of the Realm. His cause of death was pneumonia. He was buried at Wat Bowonniwet Vihara.
