Biography of Boris Utevsky

Boris Utevsky (* 3. July 1887 in Gomel; † 7. June 1970 in Moscow) was a russian lawyer. He was 82 years old. His education included Saint Petersburg State University, Imperial St. Petersburg University, Leipzig University and University of Tartu. He worked at Institut zakonodatelʹstva i sravnitelʹnogo pravovedenii͡a. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour.
