Biography of Bronisław Rutkowski

Bronisław Rutkowski (* 27. February 1898 in Kamai; † 1. June 1964 in Leipzig) was a polnischer Organist, Musikpädagoge und -wissenschaftler. He was 66 years old. His education included Stephen Báthory University, Chopin University of Music and University of Warsaw. He worked at Chopin University of Music, Academy of Music in Kraków, Jagiellonian University and Kraków Philharmonic. He received 4 awards, including Silver Cross of the Virtuti Militari, Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
