Biography of Carl Lutz

Carl Lutz (* 30. March 1895 in Walzenhausen; † 12. February 1975 in Bern) was a schweizer Diplomat und Gerechter unter den Völkern. He was 79 years old. His education included George Washington University, Central Wesleyan College and apprentice. His faith was Methodism. His awards include Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and Righteous Among the Nations. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Bremgarten cemetery.
