Biography of Carlos Abella y Ramallo

Carlos Abella y Ramallo (* 13. April 1934 in A Coruña; † 12. August 2014 in Madrid) was a spanish diplomat. He was 80 years old. His awards include Grand Cross of the Cross of Military Merit with White Decoration, Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic and papal gentleman.
