Cecil Eugene Duncan (* 21. October 1921 in Atascadero; † 27. July 2012 in Palo Alto) was a ph.D. Stanford University 1957. He was 90 years old. His education included Stanford University and University of Virginia. He worked at Central Intelligence Agency and Lockheed Corporation.
