Biography of Celeste Ulrich

Celeste Ulrich (* 24. August 1924; † 4. August 2011) was an american educator. She was 86 years old. Her education included University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Southern California, University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Forest Park High School. She worked at James Madison University and University of Oregon.
