César Manrique (* 24. April 1919 in Arrecife; † 25. September 1992 in Arrecife) was a spanischer Künstler, Architekt, Bildhauer und Umweltschützer von Lanzarote. He was 73 years old. His education included Virginia Commonwealth University and Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando. He received 7 awards, including honorary doctorate of the University of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit. His cause of death was traffic collision.
