Charles Edward Turner (* 21. September 1945 in Washington, D.C.; † 15. April 1997) was an american botanist. He was 51 years old. His education included University of California, Berkeley, Wabash College and University of Washington. He worked at United States Department of Agriculture. His cause of death was liver cancer.
