Biography of Charles Mazelin

Charles Mazelin (* 14. February 1882 in Elbeuf; † 21. August 1968 in 15th arrondissement of Paris) was a french cartoonist and engraver. He was 86 years old. His education included Beaux-Arts de Paris and École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs. He was awarded the Legion of Honour.
