Chris Brasher (* August 21, 1928 in Georgetown; † February 28, 2003 in Chaddleworth) was a london marathon co-founder, athlete, journalist. He was 74 years old. He was married to Shirley Brasher. His education included St John's College and Rugby School. He was awarded the Olympic gold medal.
