Biography
Chris Marker (* July 29, 1921 in Neuilly-sur-Seine; † July 29, 2012 in 20th arrondissement of Paris) was a french filmmaker. He was 91 years old. He studied at Lycée Pasteur. His awards include Louis Delluc Prize, Sutherland Trophy and César Award for Best Documentary Short Film. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
