Biography
Claude Lanzmann (* November 27, 1925 in Bois-Colombes; † July 5, 2018 in 12th arrondissement of Paris) was a french documentary filmmaker. He was 92 years old. He was married to Angelika Schrobsdorff and Judith Magre. He had 3 children. His education included Lycée Condorcet and University of Tübingen. He received 4 awards, including honorary doctor of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Honorary Golden Bear. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
