
Franco-Lusophone biochemist, that created the Genomics and Stress laboratory at the António Xavier Chemical and Biological Technology Institute at Universidade Nova
Claudina Rodrigues-Pousada (* 1. January 1941 in Tadim; † 2. March 2021) was a franco-Lusophone biochemist, that created the Genomics and Stress laboratory at the António Xavier Chemical and Biological Technology Institute at Universidade Nova. She was 80 years old. Her education included Institut de biologie physico-chimique, Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto. She worked at NOVA University Lisbon, Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência and Paris Diderot University. Her awards include Seeds of Science Prize, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and Mulheres na Ciência.
