Biography of Cuthbert Sebastian

Cuthbert Sebastian (* 22. October 1921 in Miami; † 25. March 2017 in Basseterre) was a british Colonial governor. He was 95 years old. His education included Mount Allison University and Dalhousie University. His faith was Catholic Church. His awards include Officer of the Order of the British Empire, Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St Michael and St George and honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. His cause of death was pneumonia.
