Czesław Miłosz (* June 30, 1911 in Šeteniai; † August 14, 2004 in Kraków) was a polish-American poet and Nobel laureate. He was 93 years old. He was married to Carol Thigpen-Miłosz and Janina Milosz. He studied at Vilnius University. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 9 awards, including Nobel Prize in Literature, Righteous Among the Nations. He was buried at Crypt of Merit at Skałka.
