Dagmar Starcke (* 13. December 1899 in Frederiksberg; † 27. July 1975 in Farum) was a danish textile artist. She was 75 years old. She was married to Henrik Starcke. Her education included Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, University of Copenhagen and Tegne- og Kunstindustriskolen for Kvinder. She was buried at Karlstrup Church.
