Daniel D. McCracken (* 23. July 1930 in Judith Basin County; † 30. July 2011 in New York City) was an american computer scientist, academic, educator and writer. He was 81 years old. His education included Central Washington University, Union Theological Seminary and Courant Institute School of Mathematics, Computing, and Data Science. His awards include Norbert Wiener Award for Social and Professional Responsibility and ACM Fellow. His cause of death was cancer.
