Daniel Nathans (* 30. October 1928 in Wilmington; † 16. November 1999 in Baltimore) was an uS-amerikanischer Mikrobiologe und Biochemiker. He was 71 years old. His education included University of Delaware, Washington University in St. Louis and Washington University School of Medicine. He worked at Johns Hopkins University. His awards include Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, National Medal of Science and NAS Award in Molecular Biology. He was buried at Har Sinai Cemetery.
