David Mill Irving (* 11. April 1904; † 16. August 1978) was a british diplomat (1904-1978). Minister/Ambassador to Haiti 1950-1955, Consul-General, Algiers 1955-1956, Ambassador to Costa Rica 1956-1961. He was 74 years old. He worked at Foreign Office.
