Biography of Davorjanka Paunović

Davorjanka Paunović (* 19. January 1921 in Kučevo; † 1. May 1946 in Golnik) was a yugoslav partisan and Josip Broz Tito's mistress. She was 25 years old. She studied at University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy. She received 5 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class, Order of Brotherhood and Unity. Her cause of death was tuberculosis. She was buried at Dedinje Royal Compound.
