Demetrius I. (* 8. September 1914 in Constantinople; † 2. October 1991 in Istanbul) was a türkischer Geistlicher, Patriarch von Konstantinopel. He was 77 years old. He studied at Halki seminary. His faith was Eastern Orthodoxy. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of the Holy Lamb. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Church of St. Mary of the Spring.
