Biography of Denis Fairfax

Denis Fairfax (* 1. September 1939 in Wellington; † 9. April 2024 in Wellington Hospital) was a new Zealand naval officer, historian, writer and ambulance service administrator. He was 84 years old. His education included St Bernard's College, University of Otago and Dunedin College of Education. He worked at Wellington Free Ambulance and The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. He was awarded the Officer of the Order of Saint John.
