Don J. Briel (* 28. January 1947; † 15. February 2018) was a blessed John Henry Newman Chair of Liberal Arts at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. He was 71 years old. His education included University of Strasbourg and Bishop Manogue High School. His cause of death was leukemia.
