Dorothy Burr Thompson (* 19. August 1900 in Philadelphia; † 10. May 2001 in Hightstown) was an uS-amerikanische Archäologin und Kunsthistorikerin (Altertum). She was 100 years old. She was married to Homer A. Thompson. Her education included Bryn Mawr College and American School of Classical Studies at Athens. She worked at Oberlin College and Royal Ontario Museum. She was awarded the Gold Medal of the Archaeological Institute of America. Her cause of death was disease. She was buried at West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
