Dushan Makovitsky (* 10. December 1866 in Ružomberok; † 12. March 1921 in Ružomberok) was a slovak writer. He was 54 years old. He was married to Matrena Makovická. His education included Czech Technical University in Prague and First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. His cause of death was hanging to death.
