Biography of Edgar Toppin

Edgar Toppin (* 22. January 1928 in Harlem; † 8. December 2004 in Ettrick) was an american academic. He was 76 years old. His education included Howard University, Northwestern University and City College of New York. He worked at Virginia State University, dean and Virginia Commonwealth University. He was buried at Blandford Cemetery.
