Biography of Eduard von der Ropp

Eduard von der Ropp (* 2. December 1851 in Līksna; † 25. July 1939 in Poznań) was a comes Romanus, Erzbischof von Mogiljow, Metropolit von Russland. He was 87 years old. His education included Saint Petersburg State University and Kaunas Priest Seminary. His faith was Catholic Church. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Białystok Cathedral.
