Biography of Edward Piekarski

Edward Piekarski (* 13. October 1858 in Piatrovіčy; † 29. June 1934 in Saint Petersburg) was a polnisch-sowjetischer Linguist und Ethnograph. He was 75 years old. His education included Kharkiv State Veterinary Academy, Minsk men's gymnasium and Mozyr Men's Gymnasium. He worked at Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Kunstkamera. He was buried at Smolensky Lutheran Cemetery.
