Egi Takatō (* 22. December 1849 in Fukuyama; † 6. June 1880) was a japanese diplomat. He was 30 years old. His education included 誠之館, Kaisei School, Keio Gijuku and Columbia Law School. He worked at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Tokyo University and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
