Ehsan Yarshater (* April 3, 1920 in Hamadan; † September 2, 2018 in Fresno) was an iranian historian and linguist. He was 98 years old. His education included University of Tehran and School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. His faith was Baháʼí Faith. His cause of death was thrombosis.
