Biography of Elio Petri

Elio Petri (* 29. January 1929 in Rome; † 10. November 1982 in Rome) was an italienischer Filmregisseur und Drehbuchautor. He was 53 years old. He received 8 awards, including Palme d'Or, Grand Jury Prize of the Venice Film Festival. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at Campo Verano.
