Biography of Elisabeth Labrousse

Elisabeth Labrousse (* 10. January 1914 in 17th arrondissement of Paris; † 1. February 2000 in Nice) was a französische Religionsgeschichtlerin und Philosophin. She was 86 years old. She was married to Roger Labrousse. She studied at Paris-Sorbonne University - Paris IV. She worked at École pratique des hautes études, National University of Tucumán and National Center for Scientific Research. Her awards include Honorary doctor of the University of Oxford, Honorary doctor of Leiden University and Honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva.
