Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother (* August 4, 1900 in Hitchin; † March 30, 2002 in Royal Lodge) was a queen consort of the United Kingdom from 1936 to 1952; mother of Elizabeth II. She was 101 years old. She was married to George VI. She had at least 2 children (2 daughters). Her faith was Anglicanism. She received 5 awards, including Order of the Crown of India, Companion of the Order of Canada. Her cause of death was pneumonia. She was buried at King George VI Memorial Chapel.
