Emil Nazirov (* 4. February 1969 in Viravul; † 30. November 2021 in Khizi District). He was 52 years old. His awards include “For Faultless Service” medal and "90th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan (1918–2008)" Medal. His cause of death was aviation accident. He was buried at II Martyrs' Lane.
