Biography of Emilia Ferreiro

Emilia Ferreiro (* 5. May 1937 in Mercedes; † 26. August 2023 in Mexico City) was an argentinian writer and psychologist. She was 86 years old. Her education included University of Buenos Aires and University of Geneva. She worked at Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute. She received 4 awards, including honorary doctorate, Guggenheim Fellowship.
