Biography of Emily Blackwell

Emily Blackwell (* 8. October 1826 in Bristol; † 7. September 1910 in York Cliffs) was an uS-amerikanische Ärztin für Gynäkologie und Frauenrechtlerin. She was 83 years old. Her education included University of Edinburgh and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She was awarded the National Women's Hall of Fame. She was buried at Chilmark Cemetery.
