Biography of Emmanuel Rais

Emmanuel Rais (* 14. August 1909 in Khotyn; † 28. January 1981 in 11th arrondissement of Paris) was a poet. He was 71 years old. His education included University of Bucharest, University of Paris and Sorbonne. He worked at Alliance Israélite Universelle.
