Biography of Erna Abel

Erna Abel (* 19. December 1915 in Laius-Tähkvere Rural Municipality; † 31. August 1999 in Tartu) was an estonian cross-country skier and sports pedagogue. She was 83 years old. She was married to Herbert Abel. Her education included Teachers' Seminary of the University of Tartu and University of Tartu. She was awarded the Order of the White Star, 5th Class. She was buried at Maarja Cemetery.
