Eugène Belgrand (* 23. April 1810 in Ervy-le-Châtel; † 8. April 1878 in 6th arrondissement of Paris) was a französischer Bauingenieur. He was 67 years old. His education included École polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Lycée Louis-le-Grand. He received 8 awards, including Commander of the Legion of Honour, 72 names on the Eiffel Tower. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
