Biography of Evelyn Byrd Harrison

Evelyn Byrd Harrison (* 5. June 1920 in Charlottesville; † 3. November 2012 in New York City) was an uS-amerikanische Klassische Archäologin. She was 92 years old. Her education included Barnard College and Columbia University. She worked at New York University, University of Cincinnati, Columbia University and Princeton University. Her awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and AIA Gold Medal.
