Ewtimij Sapundschiew (* 25. July 1884 in Koprivshtitsa; † 21. November 1943 in Sofia) was a theologian. He was 59 years old. His education included Constantinople Bulgarian Theological Seminary, Lyuben Karavelov School, Koprivshtitsa and Kiev Theological Academy. His faith was Eastern Orthodoxy. He was buried at Saint Theotokos church, Koprivshtitsa.
