Fatma Muxtarova (* 14. March 1893 in Urmia; † 19. October 1972 in Baku) was a soviet singer. She was 79 years old. She studied at Saratov Conservatory. Her awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of the Badge of Honour and People's Artiste of the Azerbaijan SSR. She was buried at II Alley of Honor.
